All battery-operated products are diagnosed to be in perfect working conditions right before packing. For sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If the wrong product is sent, please send an email to customerservice@sextoysbaby.com.
Returning Videos
Due to the ease of duplication, video and audiotapes are returnable only if the seal is unbroken. You may return unopened videos for up to thirty days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value.

A note telling us what the problem was
A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

Sex Toys Baby do not operate a backorder system. If it’s not in stock, we won’t sell it. Stock levels of every product are displayed in store for your information
